Startup Diago; one of the world’s largest producers of spirits and beers has turned to AI and Machine Learning to discover and analyse consumers flavour preferences and then match them with a Single Malt Whiskey. It’s an app accessible to all, from your smartphone or laptop.
How often do you eat bananas? How do you feel about chillies?
The app asks consumers 11 questions about their flavour preferences where users can rate how much they like or dislike a flavour on a sliding scale. Diago then analyses consumers sweet, fruity and spicy preferences using AI and Machine Learning to match them with a personal “Flavour Print” of Single Malt Whiskey.
